This session is customized to you and designed to treat your Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul as a WHOLE. With a significant focus on the Nervous System, we practice Somatic Breathwork in efforts to activate the Parasympathetic (rest and digest) Nervous System for full rest and rejuvenation of the Brain and Nervous System. In addition, we combine Fascial Stretch Therapy, Muscle and Tissue Massage & Manipulation, Joint Mobilization, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Circulatory System Support, Hydrotherapy & Energy work to support full body health and wellness. This therapy is customized to you and is extremely beneficial in aiding the body to eliminate waste products, bacteria, interstitial fluid and abnormal cells. It supports the immune system and overall health and wellness. This therapy is also used to treat Post-Op Patients healing from surgery or those diagnosed with Lymphedema. Using specialized techniques in significant areas of the body we manually manipulate Lymph throughout the body, aiding in the healing process after surgery. MLD is particularly beneficial for managing Post Op swelling and discomfort which can be caused by the body's natural inflammatory response. This Therapy requires several sessions to achieve and maintain optimal healing, health and wellness.

This integrated holistic therapy is customized to your little one, and delivers proven effective therapies for growth and development of the Brain and Nervous System. Infant Massage has also been shown to improve the quality of a baby's sleep, as well as strengthen their Immune System, and is also proven to treat Digestive Health Conditions.
