I am a trauma-informed licensed clinical bodywork therapist offering integrative evidence-informed bodywork to facilitate healing in clients navigating chronic tension and physical pain, nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress and emotional tension being held in the body.

 My approach is clinically grounded and Spirit led, integrating evidence-based therapeutic bodywork to release long held tension, support nervous system regulation, restore a sense of safety and ease in the body and bring one back to self. Each session is held in a safe, grounded space that honors body, mind, spirit, and soul.
